i weight 230. im 5'6....and im 14...is it possible?? what should i do?? and would 25 pounds make me look skinnier?

Yes you could lost 25 lbs in two months, but it won't be easy. To lose that much weight in such a short period, you will need to eat about 1200 calories a day AND burn about 300 calories a day from exercise.
Here is a good sample meal plan for 1200 calories:
Breakfast: 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Cereal w/ 1 cup of nonfat milk (230 calories)
Lunch: Sandwich with 3 slices of lean deli turkey, 1 slice of fat free cheese (Kraft Singles makes it), mustard on whole wheat bread (350 calories) and a piece of fruit (apple, orange, cup of strawberries... all will give you about 60-90 calories)
Dinner: 4 oz. of baked or grilled chicken breast, 1 serving of a fresh vegetable (for example, 1 cup of brocolli) for a total of about 320 calories
Snacks during the day:
100 calorie pack of your choice - popcorn, Chips Ahoy, Wheat Thins, they have a whole bunch (100 calories)
1 part-skim stick of string cheese (60-80 calories)
1 sugar free Fudgesicle (40)
1 serving of nonfat, artificially sweetened yogurt; make sure you look at the nutrition info on the back... it should be 100 calories or less (100)
Exercise to burn 300 calories would include walking 2-3 miles a day, doing an elliptical machine at the gym for 20-30 minutes, swimming laps for 25 minutes, playing volleyball or tennis for 30 minutes, etc. It doesn't have to be too intense, but something to get your metabolism going.
