Is there any exercises I can do, to stop painful stomach cramps?
I was excercising to a dance DVD. I was really enjoying it, and even got to the 4th part of the dance routine. Then my stomach (more like near my ribcage) started to cramp up so bad, I thought I was gonna pass out from the pain! Can anyone tell me how this happened? Is there any type of exercise I can do to ease this kind of cramp or even (if possible) prevent it from happening again? All answers would be greatly appreciated:)

It is normal to get cramps from exercising. If you want to stop getting them then keep on exercising and they will go away once you are in shape enough. When I was out of shape and started to work out I had the same thing happen to me, but as time went on they finally stopped happening. Good luck
