Eat and workout? vise versa?!


Question: Eat and workout!? vise versa!?
tomorrow I work 2 swifts, & I have two hours in between!. I work at the ymca so I have plenty of things to keep me occupied!. I plan on eating lunch/dinner sometime in the 2 hours(2-4pm)
I'm bringing some a container of rice to make and a blt salad lemonade from wendys!. I also want to work out for a bit also!. I don't know what I should do first!.!.!. eat or workout!.!.!.!. or eat some rice, workout, then eat the salad!? I don't know what's best for me!. also how long should I work out!? I usually do the treadmill for 20 and just play around with the exercice ball and other machines for about 20 minutes!. how long should I work on my abs, or how many crunches/ sit-ups are average!.

I've been working out for the past 2 weeks and I haven't been sore AT ALL, even when I just started working out!. am I not working hard enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
