I started a desk job about 7 months ago, and man oh man did I see the weight start a coming!!!
Since I am scaaaaaaaaaaared to death of gyms, and hate running and walking and pretty much any type of boring exercise, I joined an adult league softball team, I also try to do something every night to trick myself into exercise. Play pass with my honey, catch a show and get my groove on, babysit my nephew once a week (best exercise EVER), anything I can do to get a lil extra pep in my step!!
I also threw out the junk snack food... not that I ever over did it.. but I got rid of the pretzels, popcorn, crackers and every week when I go grocery shopping I come home and slice up carrots, cukes, celery, mushrooms, etc. and put them into tupperware then I make a nice veggie dip with non-fat sour cream and there are my snacks!!
I replace one meal a day with a salad (I'm not talking just lettuce, I do lettuce veggies maybe a lil chicken and kidney beans...) cottage cheese is my new best

And for my uncontrolable desire for chocolate... i picked up some low fat chocolate animal crackers and some chocolate pudding!!
i was able to drop the weight i put on in a few weeks... and now just feel better about myself!!!!
my other fave thing... tomato soup!! so yummy and so healthy... just get reduced sodium

Hmmm good thoughts and suggestions. But what do I do with the 30 boxes of Girl Scout cookie have got in the freezer? ;-)
