Question: Im stressed beyond belief!.!?
I havnt had my period in 4 months now, even though im a virgin!. For some reason my hormones are all out of wack and ive gained 10 pounds or so since my last period!. My pants are tighter too!. I've been killing myself too at the gym trying to lose weight!.!.but i just keep gaining more and more!. Its stressing me out so bad that im crying!. How would u feel if u burn 1000 calories every day to get fatter!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Serious working out or exercise that pushes the body to the point of going into survival mode can cause an interference with menstration and result in fluid retetion that looks falsely like weight gain!.
Runners and athletes who are pushing hard will go into a stage where periods no longer happen until they come down into a less strressful training stage!.
You need to watch the intake as well, because the workoust can make you hungry, and stress can make you eat! so if you are taking in 2000 calories and burning 1000, there is 1000 lleft over to store!. Exercise also produces testosterone which goes against estrogen which is the ingrdient to cause a period!.

i would go to the doctors, maybe you have a thyroid problem or something!. You will feel a lot better and stressed free once you find out what is wrong!. Also you may be over training a little , its good to have rest days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
