I go through these phases where i starve myself?!


Question: I go through these phases where i starve myself!?
they'll last for two or three weeks and i'll compulsively exercise too, whilst eating about 500 cal a day, if that!. im obsessed with food and restriction and weight loss in these phases!.
then ill go back to normal, but still calorie count and feel guilty after eating!.
usually something will trigger it, like today i felt like i asked my bf if the girls in the mags he looks at were hotter than me; he said yes & said i was too thin!.
made me feel depressed and so so self conscious!.
why do these phases happen!?

1!. girls in magazines are fake; they are photoshopped and they dont even really look like that!. In real life, they just look like normal people!.

2!. eat normally and dont worry so much about what your eating, how much you weigh, how many calories your consuming!. By the sounds of it, you probably are too thin so dont even worry about what other people think just do what you want and dont waste half your life stressing yourself out about these things!. these phases are obviously triggered by insecurity with way you look!.!.!. which is clearly damaging your relationship with your boyfriend!. if the people who care about you can see that your getting too thin and your bizzare behaviour and irritating questions are probably just annoying to your boyfriend!. make an effort to understand that the people who love you care about who you are not how you look so dont screw things up just because your being selfish and self obsessed!. been there done that!. you can be healthy, thin and not obsessed and be happy with the way you look and who your are without starving yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to see a doctor and get help!. This isn't normal!. I think that you can fix it on your own cause you know what your problem is!. You just need to be more active about the fix!. Firstly, you need to be careful with weight loss!. Rapid weight loss really isn't healthy for you and if you are planning on losing weight for an event, then you need to plan in advance!. Typicaly guidelines are 2 to 3 pounds weight loss a week is healthy!. More than that and you do run a risk of damaging yourself!.

Losing weight is, in itself, relatively easy!. You need to

1) Consume Less Calories
2) Burn More Calories

What is difficult is the motivation for weight loss!.

Most people struggle to lose weight because they do not have the motivation and because they give in to all the temptation around!.

I personally have found that hypnosis is an excellent way to deal with weight loss motivation as it works with the subconscious mind and really helps you get motivated!. A good hypnotist can also do things like stop you craving chocolate and sweet things and help you be more motivated with exercise and the like!.

I've also found that as the excess weight starts to drop off I am feeling much more self confident and better about myself!.
