I have ben?

on a diet for about a month i have lost 14 pounds. i exercise when i can and most days i eat 1000 calories or less. but i am not starving my self what i eat i feel full when i am done. i have noticed that my love handles have gone down. but when will i notice my gut going down and my pants size i started at 178 pounds i am now at 164. and how am eating is that ok even when i am full after words

When you start eating more than 1000 calories!

The absolute minimum you should eat is between 1,200 and 1,500 calories. There is a good reason for this and that is because when you eat too few calories, your body holds on to the fat and starts using up your muscle reserves instead.

You lost weight but it's likely that it was mostly muscle loss and not fat loss. This is why you haven't gone down a pants size even though you lost 14lb. If you keep going on this way, you'll just continue to lose more muscle, whilst your body holds on to the fat. There is absolutely no point getting down to a lower weight if you are just losing mostly muscle, you will actually be fatter and even less healthy.
