what is a way to b urn calories when you are sitting in the car for a long time? like your on your way to vaction?


Answers:

Eat small and often, your boosted metabolism will make you burn more calories through digestion.

Try flexing and unflexing your core as you sit, you can also do that with any of the muscle groups on your body to get some resistance exercise in.

As for cardio, I don't think there's anything you can do.

Drink lots of water if you can (as for bathroom breaks, uhhh...) and/or tea --- that'll also boost your metabolism.
