Question: How to lose 20 pounds in two weeks!?
i need to lose some weight have tried lots of different ways and lost up to 6 pounds in one week but just cant do it any more so please help with some ideas or past experiences of how to lose weight like this fast thanks!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive lost like 9kg in probably a week just eating only fruits and raw vegetables,and i just avoided to eat oily food and all stuff with that!.!.!.

avoid oil food and walk at least 4 miles a day doing the above diet

I am eating Slim Fast bars for breakfast and lunch!. Have lost 18 pounds in one month to 180!. From 198 pounds!. I am stuck at 180 and I exercise 75 minutes on an Exercycle!. But, I am 62 years old with an exercise program that is highly disciplined!. Consumer Reports put the Slim Fast program at the top of the list of diet aids!. Over the names you see on TV commercials!. It is a reasonably priced product!. If you have a family the Slim Fast may not make much sense because I think a family should eat meals together!. 20 in two weeks sounds impossible to me!. But, take it one day at a time and do not get discouraged when you hit a plateau!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

How you lost 6 in a week I would sure like to know,unless you were carrying a large amount of water weight!.
but to loose 10 pounds a week is impossable - even if you stopped eating all together you couldnt do it
Your better to stick with what you are doing - step it up a notch add some different things to your routine to make it more innteresting and maybe if you have the time add 30 minutes of brisk walking!.!.!.

You probably lost a lot of water weight or something that first week!. 10 pounds per week would be really hard, you'd basically have to starve yourself and work out like a fiend!. I recommend giving yourself some more time and taking it slow, thats how you'll get lasting results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
