you dont want to start eating junk food and all!. you still need to exercise!. im trying to put on some wight to because im 13 and only 90 pounds!. i have gained a few pounds by getting enough calories and fat in my diet (like i didn't do before) but i still exercise and eat healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
