There is a brand called Food for Life that is mad e from sprouted grain and 100% nutrition!. It has about half the calories of regular bread and lots of fiber (good for you) They are sold at Stater Brother for about 4$ a bag!. It has no preservatives and is all natural, so don't leave it out for a long tim or it will spoil!Www@Answer-Health@Com
