Never ever join Bally's Gym or one of its subsidiaries like Crunch!. They offer you a one month trial period wherein they never honor your cancellation!. You will go into the business office of the local gym and tell them within the month that you want to terminate your membership, they assent, but b/c it was not in writing to the location listed on the contract, your cancellation is ineffective!. They may also require that you use the gym a certain number of times during that month to cancel, but I am not sure of that!. Once they refuse to honor your cancellation, they then sell it to a debt buyer and you lack any defense b/c the contract specified how to cancel and you did not do it in accordance!. It is really unfair b/c when they assent, you think that you have cancelled and they will never help you terminate your membership!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
