Question: Jump Rope Before Breakfast!?
I'm Thinking of jump roping on an empty stomach to burn extra fat b4 my breakfast!.about 15min of non stop jump rope!.
would this be a good plan!?!?

i regularly lift weights and i run 40min bout 5x a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
