Total body work out? My routine. Is it good?!


Question: Total body work out!? My routine!. Is it good!?
Pushups 3x10-25
Crunches 2x20
Leg Raises 2x20 or 1x40 or 1x60 depends
Squats 3x10 Note I also run steps that works my legs also
Reverse pushups/chin ups 3x10
Dumbbell curls 1x 5 heavy then 2x 10moderate or 3-4x10
Bench Dips 3x20
Military Presses 2x10
Shoulder Shrugs 2 x 10
Deadlift 2x10-15
sumo squats 1x10
Calf raises 2x 10
Cardio from running the steps

Is this any good!?
I do the routine without any rest really
If I do rest is is not longer than 1-2 mins tops
I go for none-30 sec between sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its ok!.!.!.!.!.I have been working out for 4 years and i got my muscles on just focusing on one when i do a muscle!. FOr example chest!. I do chest workouts on that day only!. Try it!. Make sure you do cardio aksoWww@Answer-Health@Com
