Answers:
most cruciferous veggies use up the same number of calories in the digestive process as they carry. Raw, celery, broccoli, jicama, cucumber are a few I can think of right now. They must be raw tho, cooked it is a different story.
None of the fruits are calorie free, too much sugar in those.
