Question: Do you ever notice that!?
whenever you start watching your weight and calorie intake and skipping fatty foods,it seems like you begin to gain weight more!?I have noticed it with my weight!.what is going on!?or is it just a farce in weight lossWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there,

Firstly, you need to be careful with weight loss!. Rapid weight loss really isn't healthy for you and if you are planning on losing weight for an event, then you need to plan in advance!. Typicaly guidelines are 2 to 3 pounds weight loss a week is healthy!. More than that and you do run a risk of damaging yourself!.

Losing weight is, in itself, relatively easy!. You need to

1) Consume Less Calories
2) Burn More Calories

What is difficult is the motivation for weight loss!.

Most people struggle to lose weight because they do not have the motivation and because they give in to all the temptation around!.

I personally have found that hypnosis is an excellent way to deal with weight loss motivation as it works with the subconscious mind and really helps you get motivated!. A good hypnotist can also do things like stop you craving chocolate and sweet things and help you be more motivated with exercise and the like!.

I've also found that as the excess weight starts to drop off I am feeling much more self confident and better about myself!.

to get weight off you do not dietwhat you do is get your doctor to send you to a centre where they teach you to eat correctly they will also help you with exercise,if you are onable to walk or use machines they teach you how to exercise at home when the weight come off you are then set small goals like 500yards for a week then 600 for a week and so on it is great and there is usually a meeting say once a week it is not to knock you if you can not get the weight off but to suppore you through the tough timesWww@Answer-Health@Com

never skip ur breakfast even if you wake up late
eat heavy breakfast, normal (healthy) lunch but very light dinner
having breakfast is important since it boost your metabolism throughout the day~
higher metabolism means more calories burnt~Www@Answer-Health@Com
