Work in steps!. When it comes to weight gain or weight loss the key is slow incremental steps to maintaining an equilibrium!. Concentrate on your diet first and then start adding in exercise!. You must understand that if you wish for any kind of permanence in weight loss that you will have to make a life altering number of changes to your diet and exercise in order to maintain your new weight!.

The good news is that it is VERY possible and once you start seeing results this will motivate you!. The hardest part is just getting started on your changes!.

You don't say how old you are; -but if you're under 25, you're gonna have to lose at least 50 pounds!. The Problem is; the higher the "starting point" our weight begins at, the HEAVIER we're gonna be as we get Older!.!.!. Your ideal weight would be 130 lbs so above 150 lbs could be regarded as overweight and below 110 lbs could be regarded as underweight!. You are probably about 30 lbs overweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm well im 5'7 and i weigh about 110!.!.180 is a little overweight, but its not that bad!.!.lose about umm well down to 120 or lower!.!.it depends on how muscular ur built!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
