A need help i do you know some legs excerise?
so i am tryin to cut by legs in half by losing weight but i am tired of doing the same excerise so if you know any leg excerise that really work other then walking and biking let me know something that really drops off the pounds. please no funny answers. and something for the abs. thanks much

I have found that for me, rollarblading and swimming works best for shrinking down leg fat. My personal trainer has me doing pilates as well which really help to tone the muscle and work on your abs. Try these.
