and yes i know the basics, excercise and less junk food, but i need details whats a smart way to lose wieght, im 15 and wiegh 225Www@Answer-Health@Com

find a hobby that you really enjoy that can get your mind out of going to the pantry and eating those pork rinds!.!.!.!.
i found a drink that i love guess what its grape juice with crushed ice!!!
have a goal in mind remember why u want to loose weight! Find about 4 goals and write them down!.!.!.get spiritual lock ur door!.!.!.!.also next time u go to the store please dont buy all that fried crap and cheetos!.!.!.!. there are some yummy healthy things to eat also!.
at ur grocery store there is probably a health foods section!.!.!.it could cost a little more but remember ur goal sheet!. look on the backs of the items and look for less calorie items!.!.!.and things that say natural or organic!.!.!. find foods that u like but that are healthy!.!.!.i like apple sauce!!
remember alot of it is eating the right things and the right amount!.
also u can loose weight when u are just sitting down!!!
say u are watching tv well dont just sit there lift your legs and your chest help ur abbs!.!.!.!. or do some sittups!.!.!.!.
