Is it true that if you keep changing your diet every few weeks you lose more weight?
When I say changing your diet I mean eating healtier in every diet but just eating different kinds of healthy foods.

Chances are your will lose weight for a while and then you will plateau and gain most of the weight back. Your body needs structure and a constant meal plan in order to raise your metabolic rates in order to burn your weight faster. It would be easier to take one plan and stick with it.
