Dont eat if you're not hungry!. If you are hungry dont eat too much !. It's also good to eat things like peanut butter because it satiates your hunger longer, but make sure it a low fat natural peanut butter, also fruits like strawberries, oranges, and tangerines have been proven to get rid of more calories than you put it in!.
