Should all mini-meals be balanced ones, even when trying to eat light?!

Question:

Should all mini-meals be balanced ones, even when trying to eat light?

Kind of a strange question.

For instance, I ate heavier than usual yesterday and I'm going to eat lighter today.

For breakfast, I just ate a big handful of raw cherries and a large orange.

I know that balancing protein and carbs in every meal is important.

So my question is, should I eat something like a two tablespoons of my low-fat yogurt... and maybe add a piece of whole-wheat toast?

But then again, would that be keeping it light? I mean, from the fruit I already feel satisfied/full.

Thx a mill guys.

Answers:

yes if you want to stick to a balanced meal every day.
then what your doing is good.

just don't feed yourself if your not hungry and still full.

whole wheat toast is good with only light butter on it.

and don't forget you can still have a good light dinner like grilled chicken breast and brown rice or broil fish and potato with light olive oil.

and make sure you are drinking a half gallon of water a day.

soda will make you gain at least 2 pounds a week if you drink it everyday.

but i like your mini meal keep it up.
