if u need Vit A for general purpose, then it is better not use capsules because it can be acquired from diet e!.g!. Carrot, green-leaf-vegetable, papaya, pumpkin etc in considerable amount!. As vit A is Fat-soluble vitamin, consuming its capsules without doctor's advice results in accumulation in your body producing undesirable side-effects!.
