i found this thing that if u eat two apples and on orange in the morning broiled chickin boiled eggs and cauliflower for lunch and melons and soymilk for anytime in the day as much as u want u will lose 20 lbs in a 2 weeks is this true

I think it will definitely help you lose weight but I'm not sure about 20 pounds in 2 weeks. If you are looking to lose a significant amount of weight quickly the best way to do it is either through a juice fast, a water fast, or a raw food fast or a combination of the three. Consuming only these types of foods alleviates the body of the tedious duties of digesting processe foods and meats that is not easy for the body to digest. Raw fruits, vegetables and purified water are meant for the body which makes them much easier to be digested. The enzymes in raw fruits and veggies actually helps in the digestive process which is why they are better for you than cooked ones.

Because the body does not have to spend so much time and energy on digestion during a fast, that free up the body to expend the stored up fat and to rid the body of toxins.

I know the words fast seems scary but it is actually a healthy was to detox your body of not only un-necessary fat but of the toxins stored in the body and consumed through the food we eat.

Fast can last anywhere from 1 day to 1 month or even longer for extremeist. Of course, you should consult a physician before beginning a fast.
