1000 push ups in an hour?!


Question: 1000 push ups in an hour!?
This is my goal that I am going to build towards over 6 months to a year!.

How big and defined will my muscles get if I trained to do this by just doing push ups!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well its not impossible because ive come close to it!. make sure to eat some good carbs before you try this though with protein!. im thinking oatmeal with some fruit maybe!. push-ups work like all the major muscles in ur arms so you'll get pretty big and defined if you have a good diet!. after you attempt the 1000 push-ups, make sure to replinish your muscles with some simple carbs (fruit, fruit juice, etc!.) along with protein, like a protein shake or something with at least 25grams!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a very good and challenging goal!. I wish you the best of luck!. Although you will not get all that big I'm sure your muscles will become a bit more defined!. You will need to keep your bodyweight pretty low to preform that many push ups in a short period of time!.

Remember your body does need rest so do take a day off from push ups here and there to let your body recover and you will accomplish this goal in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to get big you will need to eat big and lift heavy, by doing lots of push ups you will still get strong but more toned than anything!.
This will also build endurance!. Don't get me wrong 1000 push ups in an hour means you will be fit and strong, it just depends on what your goal is!.

Not big but very toned and defined!. You would have to lift weight and eat if you are trying to buff up!. Lift weight as in adding more weight as you progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do not eat at least 2000 calories before this you will just end up burning muscle rather than fat do not listen to the answers you have!.
