What can I do to gain a lot of muscle in my legs without becoming too built and !


Question:

What can I do to gain a lot of muscle in my legs without becoming too built and not losing weight?

I don't want to lose weight because I am naturally very tiny. I don't want to be too build because I don't want my legs to look funny. I just want a little muscle in my legs but mostly my calves.


Answers:

Do squats until you puke. Throw in some lunges. And maybe sprint or run slopes/stairs.
