Not loosing eating salads?

How can a person not loose eatting a fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and dinner? A grilled piece of chicken in the salad's. Drinking 8 glasses of water also everday!!!1

Salad:
Fat free dressing, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, chicken,egg

It depends on what you are putting in your salads. The dressing, add ins etc.
