U can start by going for walks and improving your general fitness.Aim for daily 30 minutes of walking at least 5 times a week.By the end of one month u would be much fitter and can start a weights program.U can start with leg presses and squats (intially with no weights - u just squat and get up without any weights and gradually increase the number u can do ,when u can do 50 add small weights).This is a slow but very safe and sustainable program.Getting into the gym with no preparation is neither safe nor likely to succeed.
