what does it do? is there any type of yoga that gets your body in shape? to make you lose weight? (like only 5lb's) if there is what is it called?
Answers:
All yoga when done regularly should offer you toning, but if you are looking for a physically intense yoga, you probably want to take an astanga yoga class (these are pretty common and you should be able to find one near you on the net).
Bikram yoga is a popular variant, but it is done in a heated room and is not for everyone. Like astanga, is a more dynamic yoga where the asanas are done one after another in a series. Bikram are also pretty common and you can find the closest centre on the internet
