Lie upside-down against a wall and press yourself upwards!. Do at least 3 sets to failure!. Then grab anything of significant weight and do shoulder raises to the front, side and bend over to do the rear!. At least 2 sets to failure for each of these!. Control the weight both going up and down, do not swing it, hold it at the top for 1-2 seconds and squeeze!. Its all about the mind-muscle connection not the weight!. DO NOT USE MOMENTUM!.
