How can i lose the last of my remaining body fat?(this is a tough one)?!


Question: How can i lose the last of my remaining body fat!?(this is a tough one)!?
Im 17, 5'9", 158 pounds and spend every other day at school working out in the weight room for 45 minutes(intensely) and then another 30 minutes conditioning soon after(sprinting,jogging,stair climbs,etc)!.!.!.!. and on top of that, i go to an mma gym and do Brazilian jiu jitsu for an hour and boxing conditioning right after for another hour!. i do that about 4-5 times a week!. I eat healthy, drink nothing but water, i eat small meals every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism going and take a vitamin pill as well as fishoil and calicium!. I've been doing all this consecutively for about 5 months and have at least another 10 pounds of fat to lose, but it wont go away!.!.!.!.!.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!!!?!?!? WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!!?1

Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat!.

You are doing nothing wrong!. That is an excellent effort!. Maybe you could try a new tactic, like:



Eat as much watermelon as you can throughout the day!. Drink heaps of water!. Try not to eat junk or fatty foods either!.

Each night about ? an hour after dinner or ? an hour before breakfast, go for an approximately 15min run/jog!. If you can, run with light weights in your hands, pulling them up to your shoulders as you go!. You only really need to do this if you want fitness, though!. (You should never really exercise within ? an hour of exercising)!.


In the first week you might:

-Feel sick in the stomach!. This is because you are flushing out toxins from your body!. This will pass within a few days!. You will be much healthier afterwards!

-You may find that your weight stays the same or even goes up!. This is normal!. After a week you will feel and see the difference!. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, but don
