What is happening?
I have been working out for about 2 weeks now and I am watching what I am eating (when I eat) but yet I keep on putting on weight. Why is this happening? And when can I expect to start losing weight. Oh yeah and it isn't a LOT of weight but its like 1 pound 2 pounds here and there. And please only serious answers. Thank you

Muscle weighs more than fat so it is possilbe to gain weight when working out! Just keep eating healthy and drink plenty of water!!
