Im 19 yrs old 235 lbs, kinda overweight. I walk 2.5 miles a few times a week. I just started using my free weights yesterday and also started drinking protein shakes. When is the best time to drink these? Also what types of food should I eat now?

Before workout u should drink water and some complex carbs like oatmeal. U should eat this atleast 1 hour before ur workout...
