PLEASE HELP i need to gain weight!?
ok so i am 13 years old and 5'10ish. i was 115 pounds before track then durring track season i didn't eat enough so i went down to like 95 pounds! BAD. i have been eating like 3500-4000 calories for the past 2 weeks and i got up to 105. last night i ate maybe 3700ish or more calories but i am down to 101! how could i have lost weight eating that much??
also please dont tell me that i am too young to worry about my weight because my mom and coach told me that i cant run until i get my weight back because it is too dangerous for me to be running underweight. i just want to be back to normal-115 pounds HELP MEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Development takes its time and at a certain point you will have to be a bit patient as this is the exact age where metabolism is less certain. My personal recommendation is that you keep a healthy diet, try not to gain just weight, but good weight. A good way to achieve that is by finding good sources of fats and proteins, such as peanut butter, eggs, fish, meat, pasta, rice, veggies and multi-grain breads.
You should certainly see and get some advise by a professional dietist, as they will adapt a diet for you that fits you considering your current characteristics and circumstances.
Also try to gain some muscle if possible as muscle represents weight and volume.
