Is eating 7000 calories a day bad for you..?!
Question: Is eating 7000 calories a day bad for you!.!.!?
i'm 6'8, 17, 10!.2% fat and 203 lbs, and i eat 7000 calories a day on average, is this bad for me!.!.!? i don't gain fat from it, i do put on muscle though!.
Most of them are healthly caloies, but i do eat some chocolate and saturated fat, just a bit though!.
And if it helps every day i run 6km and row for 30 minutes, i go to the gym 4 times a week and have basketball practise 3 times, i do plyometrics twice a week and i do 3 dragonboat trainings a week!.
Is that bad for me even though i don't put on fat!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well sounds to me if u are doing that much training!.!. u need all those calories!
it does seem like alot, but u need alot of calories for what u are doing!.!. that is alot of work there!.!.
u know what u are doing!.!. and u know what your body needs!.!. so keep to what u are doing!.!.
