Every time i seem to eat dinner, is eem to gain weight the next day, especially if i include dairy into my?

diet. Why? And how can i keep from gaining weight and lose weight?

If you aren't actually weighing yourself, you might be experiencing bloating from the dairy, which might indicate that you are mildly lactose intolerant. You might want to limit your intake of dairy, but then you should include calcium and vitimin d supplements or eat other non-dairy foods high in calcium (like spinach).

Try to eat smaller portions, earlier inthe evening so you are not eating and then going to sleep. This way you have time to digest. Drink lots of water during and before your meals. Try to get some exercise either before bed or in the morning. Hopefully, this will help curb the bulge and decrease the bloating.
