Which exercise is the best for "batwing" arms?!

Which exercise is the best for "batwing" arms?

I really want to tone up my arms. Everyone seems to have a spot they wish was different, and this one is mine! If I stand with my arms out, you can really see how NOT toned they actually are. They hang down a little bit. How can I get rid of the flab and tone my arms, focusing on this area? Please be specific - it's hard to visualize an exercise.

That is your triceps that need toning. Use a 2 or 5 lb weight and bend over, with your arms at your side, bend your arms below the elbow and then straighten them holding the weights. these are called tricep kickbacks. Another exercise you can do with the dumbells are to lay flat and hold your arms straight up and bend your arms at the elbow and straighten them out. These are called tricep skullcrushers. Both exercises work your triceps.
