How long should i go for?!


Question: How long should i go for!?
I usually take a 45 minute run every day!. But today I have an appointment with a fitness trainer!. We usually do a good 10 minute stretch/warmup, then about 25 minutes of light to moderate kickboxing (short spurts with breaks in between), and 15 minutes of abs!. Should I just run for 30 minutes this morning instead!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
