1200 Calorie Diet?!

1200 Calorie Diet?

I am on a 1200/day calories diet. My goal is to lose 50lbs. I exercise 20 minutes a day(10 in the morning, 10 in the evening), every day. How long do you think it will take me to start seeing results? Do you think I could lose at least 30lbs by October?

I just wanted to add, I AM eating healthy. This isn't a crash diet. I'm watching what I eat. I'm just eating smaller portions. I know what's right and wrong. I just want to know how long it will take to see results.

Sweety you'll do just fine and I think you can reach your goal weight by Christmas if you stay focused. (Well at least 30 pounds). That is an excellent amount in just half a year! Considering you probably gained it in the span of many years. Exercise everyday for 15 minutes (treadmill, no matter what!) If you're tired then walk. If you're not then do more. Try to stay more active (clean kitchen, yard work etc.) FEEL thin and you will become thin. Eat fruits veggies, lean meat, brown rice and breads, nuts, seeds etc. Oh and here are some weight loss foods:

celeries, apples, GRAPEFRUIT, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, light popcorn etc. Stick to ur calories and don't eat past 7-8 o'clock. Oh and eat abou 1800 calories ONE day a week to throw ur body off so it doesnt get used to 1200.
