27 yo male seeks advice to loose abdominal mass.?

Hello everyone!

I am a 27 yo male who have been working out on and off for the last 4 years until I have created a habit for excercise.

because of work, school and other comittments, I have paused my trainings for periods of 1 to three months all through these 4 years.

I have increased considerably my fitness and endurance level, but no matter what I do, I notice that the mass in my stomach and love handles wont go down.

I began my working out schedule again for 1.5 months, I basically work out for 5 to 6 days a week and follow the "body for life" workout routine.

1 day I do upper body training, then cardio day , then I do legs, and then I do cardio again, and that is my cycle I follow.

I notice that I began loosing weight in the usual places (and my legs are pretty well defined as I used to run 10 Ks races a year ago). But I notice that my core area is weak and overweight.
I just cant figure out what to do, I do abs workout at least 4 times a week.

any help?

it's not THAT much of a chick thing.
plus you'll meet a lot of ladies if you go to classes. wink wink.
that really helps with abs.
also you can cut down on fatty things. because as much as you excercise the things you eat will come back to haunt you. but good job in getting back in shape!
