i saw her on E! News talking about how she dieted for her part!. She ate egg white omelets for breakfast, a lot of chicken, thin turkey slices for snacks to fill her up, drinking a lot of water and eating veggies!. she said thats basically what her diet consisted of for a few months!. she had a personal trainer to do cardio with her!. do 200 crunches before bed everynight :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should defintly stick to walking/running daily!.!.!.!.if not daily then evry other day!.!.!.!.!.ask your mom to walk with you!.!.!.it could be fun for the both of yall!.!.!.!.there is nothing wrong with a lil exercise evry day as long as your doing it the right way!.!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
