How many weeks of exercising did it take for you to notice a change in your body!
Question:
How many weeks of exercising did it take for you to notice a change in your body?
And how many weeks did it take for others to notice that you looked different (thinner, more toned, etc)?
Answers:
After about 2 months I noticed my watch started to get looser and looser until it bascially would come off without me unfastening it. I had to go have some links taken out. Also, my pants wouldn't stay up with out a belt and there was way more room in the thigh area. It does take a different amount of time for everyone due to metabolism and such, but if you stay dedicated and work hard, the weight will come off.
