I'm 14...and really concerned about my weight!...Please help?
I am 14 years old, i weight about 130. I am approximitely 5 foot 4 inches. I think that i am slightly over wieght, and i would like to loose about 10 - 15 pounds before the first day of school which is late in August. I am going to a tennis camp over the summer for about 4 hours a day. It is in the sun so i will be sweating a lot. This last for about a month starting in about a week. I will not be doing any physical activity from the end of the tennis camp to the begining of school, but i do have a tredmill and wieght machine (do i need to do anything on that to loose more wieght or will i loose that wieght during tennis camp?).......i know i am a healthy weight and you don't need to send me those website with the BMI calcualtor, i know i am healthy but i feel over wieght, if i weighed 10 - 15 pounds less i will be healthy still. I am in the 75th percentile of my wieght and i think that is too high...please help!

diet pills are out of the question.....all natural please...and does green tea help any?

I think you should go for it. The tennis camp is a great way to stay active and healthy. I recommend that you go on the tredmil and do light weights on the wieght machine so that you keep the wieght off that you lost during tennis. Good Luck!
p.s. i also recommend healthy eating!...i know its hard as a teen but you really have to try if you are determined about loosing this wieght.
