Answers:
Good for you for changing your diet and focusing on eating healthy things!. A few things: 1) Breakfast as you've listed it here is all carbs!. What happened to protein!? You will find that if you put some protein into your breakfasts, you'll not experience being "hungry again in 2 hours!.!.!." or those mid-morning munchies/slumps!. 2) What happened to lunch btw!? If you want lo-cal, eat a salad w/ some poultry, fish, tofu, tempeh, seitan, eggs, cheese or nuts on it!. It's an extremely long time from breakfast to dinner, and if you're going to skip a meal or short yourself on calories, better that you do so at the end of the day and load the beginnings of your day (breakfast and lunch) w/ lots of good, healthy foods!. 3) Perhaps you forgot to mention them, but I see a need here for LOTS more veggies and quite possibly fruits!. 3) As you are still very much growing (and if you were in my family, would be doing so until at least 22!.!.!.), it's very important that you have enough calcium, and highly nutrient packed foods for optimal growth!. Things like nuts, yellow and green vegetables, fruits and veggies high in Vitamins A & C, proteins, like those found in meat, fish, poultry, eggs, grains, beans, nuts and seeds, and healthy sources of fats, like olive oil and fresh butter!. 4) Are you eating a whole grain at dinner time, and a salad and at least one really good serving of veggies, preferably two or three!? 5) Sorry, can't agree with you about the tuna, but if you don't like it, are you eating turkey, chicken, salmon, other fishes, eggs, beans, nuts, soy and seeds instead!? I eat and cook oftentimes by color!. If you eat foods of every color in the rainbow, you will find that you are automatically eating healthfully, as long as it's not Starbursts or other artificially colored "foodstuffs" we're talking about here!. Keep going! You're doing better, and you're getting there!Www@Answer-Health@Com

snacks sounds okay, but remember!.!. special k and those 100 cal!. packets shouldnt be a everyday thing
no-fat yogurt would be a nice snack!.
just fill up on fruit, an apple always satifies me, and its something you can take on the go!. switch to skim milk, start drinking green tea!.!.!. little changes like that!.!.!. whenever you have bread, make it whole grain!.!.!. oh and what you said about having oatmeal for breakfast, great! just dont add a lot of sugar to it!.

good job on cutting out coke, it will help greatly!.!. and its alright to have fast food here and there!.!. ido it to, but usually get a salad!. i have a day where i can have icecream and not feel guilty!.!.
