i go running once a week for 15-20 minuets and i play soccer twice a week (practice and game) and i do excersises for 10 minuets a day i want to lose 5 or 10 pounds by the time school starts, i dont want to buy anything, i just want to know if there's anything i should do more of
Answers:
You sound like you are getting enough exercise... try cutting out white flour and sugar. You will lose that amount fairly quickly if you stick with it.
