Hey guys, I tried searching but couldn't find how many calories are in 3/4 cup of cottage cheese!. 1/2 cup is 70 calories so how much is 3/4!?

Also 1/2 cup of oatmeal is 150 calories, how many calories are in 3/4 cup of oatmeal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

did they not teach you fractions in school!. If there are 70 calories in 1/2 cup then that means there 140 calories in a whole cup!. Divide 140 by 4 which is 35!. then times 35 by 3 which is 105!. 105 calories in 3/4 cup of cottage cheese!. do the dame thing for the oatmealWww@Answer-Health@Com
