Is 570 calories too much for breakfast? It's my biggest meal of the day...?
I had honey nut cheerios mixed with organic vanilla yogurt= 250 cals
then a banana= 100 cals
Wheat toast with organic jelly= 220 cals
That all equals 570 cals. I work out after i eat, but is 570 too much? I never have this much any other meal, so is that ok?

that sounds like a great breakfast - i wish i had the time to eat like that - not rushing through meals also seems to help.
i encourage you as you take an active and thought out approach to you lifestyle.
