Question: Is Oroweat 100% whole grain bread healthy!?
I thought 100% whole grain bread was healthy!. So I bought it, and ate it everyday, two slices per day!. Then I ran out and bought it again!. Until I found in the ingredients, High Fructose Corn Syrup!.!.!. I was like WTF, I don't taste anything sweet, and then thought of this question!. Is it really healthy to eat 2 slices of that 100% whole grain bread every day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whole grains are extremely healthy, and it's fine to eat 2 slices each day!. I would try to find a whole grain bread without any added sugar, but it's not that big of a deal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a complex carb and your body cant burn it as fast as a simple carb!.
You should also limit your carbphydrates, if you really want the bread stick to a natural and organic brand with no harsh additives and try only 1 sliceWww@Answer-Health@Com
