Okie, I'm 13 and I weigh 120. I wanna lose some weight. What's theh best meal option and what should I do to burn of my calories. When answering format it like this, please.

one thing i would like to add, exercise every second day or two days on and one day off. this gives your body time to repair itself.

the best way to lose weight effectively is to increase metabolism at this is responsible for 70% of what you burn everyday the best way to do this is to put on some muscle mass. you are too young for this - give it 4 -5years and then you can put on a very small amount of bulk (most girls don't like bulk but a little isn't noticeable). for now i would say the best thing is to join a sports team - stay fit and active and that will be great.

its really good that your trying to be careful with your health but its important you go about this the right way - remember that many diets aren't designed for ppl who are still growing.
