Help..? Can't seem to lose anymore..?!

Help..? Can't seem to lose anymore..?

Okay, I've lost 13 lbs in the last year and can't seem to lose anymore. I'm 5'0 125 lbs and would like to lose another 10 lbs. I hit the gym everyday except the weekends. I do cardio 30 mins daily and weight train daily from 30-40 mins. One day I'll do upper body and the next day I'll do my lower. I eat cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch & for dinner it varies but it's not even high in fat or a lot of calories. I heard that to lose more fat I'd have to eat more. Is that true? It's so hard to lose anymore fat. Anyone have any suggestions? Nutrition help maybe? should I up my cardio? Thanks in advance! BTW, my daily calorie intake is probably around 1600-1900. What am I doing wrong?!?!


Answers:

It is possible that you are not losing weight b/c you are gaining muscle mass. You are probably losing body fat but gaining muscle from all the ST you do. Therefore not showing any changes on the scale. I bet if you took measurements you would see a change from month to month.
